I am saddened and horrified, but not surprised. What part of this tragedy is just adolescent stupidity and bullying (on the part of the 18 yr. old perpetrators) and what part is about the constant and blatant, heterosexist disrespect for the value of LGBTQ lives? When will we learn, acknowledge the problem and stop it before we lose more young lives?
